Our expectations of Nanny candidates are high....as they should be! Besides free CPR and first aid training, we also offer the Nannies additional training in AED (automated external defibrillator). As part of our Nanny recruiting process, we personally meet and interview each and every Nanny we refer. In addition, the Nanny candidates are put through an extensive screening process that includes a complete national background and internet check.
The Nannies also must have the following:
- At least 3 years of verifiable child care experience
- Current CPR, First Aid, AED training
- Clean DMV driving record if the position includes driving
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old
